Sharpe awoke the next day to the sound of the door opening from the other side of the hall. He got out of bed slowly, leaving Christine to whatever pleasant dreams she was having. It was sunset and the house was growing darker, but Sharpe's vision was perfect as every Vampire's should be. He opened the door and strolled out to see Sara wandering down the hall, "And just where do you think you're going?" Sharpe asked, his tone more of a sarcastic joke than anything harsh.

"I'm hungry." Sara said. She hadn't eaten at all in the last day. "Plus I need to move. Downside to the dog inside is its got lot of energy and I need to use it up."

Sharpe nodded, "Makes sense." He caught up to her, "Well there's food downstairs. One of the perks of working for God for the past couple thousand years, don't have to drink blood to feed anymore. It's almost like being human. Granted I get better nurishment from feeding on blood, but it's not required."

"Starving is never the right answer." Sharpe replied, "You are what you are, for better or worse. There's no going back, all you can do now is survive. That means learning to control your more... animalistic side, but you can't just deny it exists."

"They make films on remarkable people all the time." Sharpe said growing slowly irritated with Sara's constant negativity. He understood and sympathized with the plight that she was trying to deal with and what she was now forced to live with, but the fact of the matter was she was what she was, and it was about time she started dealing with it maturely and seriously.
